And for peace of mind, your holiday is fully protected under Protected Trust Services and ATOL protected where applicable — so you can book knowing you’re covered.
Tripse was founded by Denise in 2020. In 2023, Kyle joined forces with Denise, bringing his own customers onboard and helping to drive the expansion of Tripse — growing the team, broadening the product range, and continuing to deliver the personal service our customers value.
Meet the Team
Denise Parkhouse
Founder & Travel Expert
Denise founded Tripse in 2020, taking the leap into running her own travel business after years of working in the industry. She has a wealth of experience across sales and operations, with roles in the travel sector both in the UK and overseas.
Denise is proudly hands-on — speaking to customers daily, offering honest advice, and making sure every booking is looked after properly from first enquiry through to travel documents and aftercare.
She loves helping customers find holidays that feel right for them — whether that’s a simple short break, a big multi-centre trip, or something completely bespoke.
Kyle Beevers
Co-Owner & Travel Expert
Kyle joined forces with Denise in 2023, bringing his own customer base into Tripse and helping to expand the business through product development, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
He started in travel as an apprentice in a high street agency, before moving through different roles across the industry — from supplier-side experience to working independently from home building a loyal client base.
Today, Kyle works closely with the team to make sure Tripse customers are kept up to date with the latest offers and ideas, while also helping tailor holidays that feel personal, well planned, and great value.
Darcy Hood
Travel Expert
Darcy joined the team in 2025 and brings a huge passion for travel to everything she does.
She’s friendly, approachable, and great at turning “we’re not sure yet” into a clear plan — helping customers choose the right destinations, hotels, and experiences based on what matters most to them.
Whether it’s a cruise & stay, a multi-centre trip, or an escorted tour, Darcy takes pride in making the planning process feel easy, clear, and enjoyable from the first conversation.
Imy Woodcock
Travel Admin & Document Specialist
Imy supports the team by handling the important admin details that keep bookings running smoothly — from supplier confirmations to preparing final travel documents.
She has a brilliant eye for detail, and loves knowing customers have everything they need in a clear, organised format before they travel.
Alongside her role, Imy studies Philosophy at Newcastle University — and she’s also no stranger to early mornings, as she’s a keen rower and coxes for Newcastle University Boat Club.
