Denise launched Tripse in 2020 after decades of experience in the travel sector. Her career spans sales, operations, overseas work, and leading UK-based teams – all of which gave her the perfect foundation to build a business rooted in service and trust.

She teamed up with Kyle in 2023 to grow Tripse into the dynamic, experience-led brand it is today. Denise still works closely with customers every day, using her vast knowledge and down-to-earth approach to help travellers plan unforgettable holidays.

With a travel journey that began as a high-street apprentice, Kyle has worn many hats – from hotel brand ambassador to radio travel consultant, and eventually an independent agent working solo from home. That wide-ranging experience now powers Tripse’s product development and customer care.

He’s passionate about getting to know people and building holidays that match their style and budget. Kyle runs the day-to-day operations across Tripse and our sister brand, The River Cruise Company, and always makes time to talk with customers about their next getaway.

Michelle has over a decade of travel experience and a genuine love for discovering new places. From African safaris and South American cities to road trips across the USA, she’s seen the world and is excited to help others do the same.

At Tripse, she’s known for her friendly manner, deep knowledge, and ability to match customers with the right destination. Michelle takes the time to understand what each traveller really wants – then builds a trip that fits perfectly.

She’s currently learning Spanish and is always planning her next big adventure between helping others plan theirs.

Imy is the organisation behind the operation – making sure your travel documents are perfect, beautifully presented, and delivered on time. She brings great attention to detail and genuine care to every booking.

She loves reading about customers’ plans and making sure everything is set for a smooth journey. Alongside her work at Tripse, Imy is studying Philosophy at university and is an active rower at Newcastle University Boat Club.
